His career spans staffing, client delivery, program development and workforce readiness. Eddie is known for building strong client relationships and for creating opportunities for people who may otherwise be overlooked.

He is the driving force behind AGW’s mission. His leadership reflects his values as a veteran and a longtime advocate for workforce equity. Eddie believes in helping people find work that transforms their lives and in supporting clients with dependable, high-quality service. His story shapes AGW’s culture and guides how we show up for clients and consultants every day.
