Our CEO: Eddie Bright Jr.
Eddie Bright Jr. leads ApTask Global Workforce with a focus on service, inclusion and long-term workforce success. His career spans staffing, client delivery, program development and workforce readiness. Eddie is known for building strong client relationships and for creating opportunities for people who may otherwise be overlooked.
He is the driving force behind AGW’s mission. His leadership reflects his values as a veteran and a longtime advocate for workforce equity. Eddie believes in helping people find work that transforms their lives and in supporting clients with dependable, high-quality service. His story shapes AGW’s culture and guides how we show up for clients and consultants every day.

Curtis Robinson specializes in executive search and talent solutions for life sciences, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology organizations. He advises senior leaders on recruiting strategy and delivers senior level talent in regulated markets.
Tracy Sharp leads enterprise client engagement and escalations. She partners with executive and delivery teams to translate requirements into execution. Previously, she served as COO at Workline Solutions and co-founded The Staffing Studio.
Sydney Wilburn manages client accounts for staffing and workforce solutions. Serving as the primary contact, Sydney coordinates job intake and hiring with recruiting and delivery teams while tracking performance to keep delivery and onboarding on schedule.
Dr. Shawn L. Roberts leads enterprise transformation initiatives that align leadership, workforce innovation, and operational excellence. With over 20 years of executive experience, he helps organizations navigate growth, disruption, and cultural change through inclusive talent and leadership strategies. He also serves as Chief Operating and Finance Officer for Newark Symphony Hall and co-founded Avery Solutions Consulting Group.
Jai Singh leads global talent acquisition across business lines and geographies. He oversees end-to-end recruiting operations, workforce planning, and delivery.
Mike Larcamp has nearly a decade of IT staffing experienceacross sales, recruiting, and delivery, supporting large organizations. Hefocuses on client partnerships and aligning talent to hiring needs.
Dr. Yvette Pegues is a disability and inclusion executive, keynote speaker, and founder of Your Invisible Disability Group, helping organizations create equitable, accessible cultures. A former engineer and advocate, she consults and speaks on disability inclusion, adaptive innovation, and workplace belonging.
Craig Wilson is a business leader and veteran advocate focused on helping organizations strengthen leadership, performance, and mission-driven impact. Drawing on his experience as a former U.S. Army officer, he supports businesses and veteran communities through strategic leadership, mentorship, and operational insight, helping teams translate purpose into measurable results.
Cheryl B. Walker-Robertson is a certified international protocol and etiquette expert and Founder/Chief Protocol Officer of Protocol International. For over 20 years, she has delivered executive coaching, keynotes, and training to Fortune 500 companies, universities, and government organizations, helping leaders strengthen presence, credibility, and cultural intelligence.
Zackarie Lemelle is a leadership and business transformation expert with over 40 years of experience across start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, and global enterprises. A former Global Vice President/Chief Information Officer and Managing Partner of a top coach training firm, he brings a people-centered approach to strengthening leadership capability and team performance.
